In order for the hamburger to simply melt in the mouth, it is important not only to use quality ingredients, but also to use several tricks that give new colors to this seemingly simple dish. For example, you can serve a hamburger on a bun, combine different cheeses and sauces.
It’s easy to improvise
Traditionally, hamburgers are made from ground beef, but this dish can be easily improvised.
Hamburgers are an easy meal to satisfy a variety of tastes. Use not only roast beef, but also minced or shredded pork, chicken, and if you don’t eat meat, you can make a patty from fish, various vegetables. Also season them with more complex cheeses, use not only fresh but also grilled vegetables, caramelized onions, different sauces or chutneys.
Useful tips
Note the bun. When choosing buns, you should pay attention to the fact that they do not swell when soaked with meat juices and sauces. Before serving, you can fry them for a few minutes – then they will be beautifully golden and crispy.
Prepare the poison properly. In order for the burger to melt in your mouth, it is important to use quality meat. It should also contain some fat, preferably around 20%, so that the fried meat does not dry out. Before cooking, maltinuk should be sprinkled with a little salt and oiled.
Cool before cooking. Refrigerate the ground beef before making your homemade hamburger patties. Because the heated stuffing sticks to your hands and becomes loose. Place fresh, preheated buns on the grill immediately.
Don’t eat too much meat. Cook one side of the burger for a few minutes until firm, then flip and cook until done to your liking. This rule applies when choosing beef for malt, but if you choose pork or chicken, the meat must be fully cooked. During cooking, do not shake or press the maltina too much, because the juice collected inside will be lost and the cooked maltina will be dry.

Season with various cheeses. Although cheddar or fermented cheese is usually used in the preparation of hamburgers – improvisation. For example, use several types of cheese. Add a little blue cheese to the gravy – this cheese gives the meat a special taste. If you want, you can also use camembert when making hamburgers – it goes well with sweet sauces.
Make the caramelized onions. Caramelized onions give homemade hamburgers a special taste. And they are very easy to make. Peel the onion, cut it in half, cut the garlic cloves into quarters. Heat the pan very well in the oven, melt the butter in it, add the brown sugar, mix everything. When the sugar dissolves, add the onion and garlic to the pan, add the balsamic vinegar and water, and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything, cover the pan and cook for about 10 minutes. When the onions are soft, remove the lid and let the excess liquid evaporate.
A classic hamburger
You will need:
1 beef
Bun with sesame seeds
100 g of tomatoes
50 g of red onion
5-6 lettuce leaves
1 slice of cheese
2 c. sh. tomato sauce
2 c. sh. sweet and sour sauce

Place the puller only on a heated grill. Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. When you turn the meat over, immediately put the cheese on top of it. Place the cut buns inside down and heat for a few minutes. Remove the bun from the fire and make a hamburger: spread sweet and sour sauce on the bottom of the bun, put half of the lettuce leaves, a layer of chopped red onion, meat and cheese, and tomato on top of them. remaining salad with slices and onions. Spread the tomato sauce and cover the top of the bun. Serve with fried potatoes.
Vegetarian burgers
You will need:
4 whole grain muffins with seeds
8 lettuce leaves
120 g of fresh tomatoes
50 g of cucumber
30 ml of sunflower oil
For grids:
300 g of baked beans
150 g of boiled white beans
80 g of onion
2 cloves of garlic
3 years chopped parsley
1st century ground coriander seeds
1st century sesame seeds
¼ century ground turmeric

2nd century olive oil
For the sauce:
200 ml of Greek yogurt
1st century mustard
1st century olive oil
1 year lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
We produce:
Pour yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and minced garlic into a bowl. Mix everything well. Put the dry beans and white beans in a blender and grind them a little. Add finely chopped onion, garlic, parsley, coriander, sesame, turmeric and salt to this mass. Add olive oil little by little and mix everything with a hand blender until the mass is uniform. Make four patties from the mass. Heat sunflower oil in a pan and fry the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side. Cut buns and place lettuce and tomato slices on each bottom bun. Place the cooked tortillas on top and cover with sauce. Place thinly sliced cucumber slices on top of the sauce and cover the top of the bun. Each burger can be secured by piercing with a wooden stick.
Hamburgers with tortillas
You will need:
4 hamburger patties
4 whole wheat tortillas
2 grape tomatoes
1 avocado
½ red onion
½ lime
4 lettuce leaves
2 g fresh parsley
4 years dijon mustard
a pinch of salt
a pinch of ground black pepper
We produce:
Peel the avocado, remove the stone and cut into slices. Cut the grape tomatoes into quarters, finely chop the onion and parsley. Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the patties are golden brown. Take a sheet of tortilla, put a lettuce leaf in the middle, spread the avocado slices, sprinkle them with salt and pepper, then spread the tomato slices, evenly cover the tortillas with chopped onion and parsley and sprinkle everything with lemon juice. Finally, put the poison and spread 1 teaspoon of mustard on it. Carefully roll up the tortilla sheet and fasten it with a wooden stick. Make all four flatbreads this way and enjoy!
